Luxurious many flat house in the valley of the river Danė, in the Small Village of Klaipėda

Luxurious many flat house (of 60 flats) of four floors with garret and underground parking place was started to be built in the new living quarter in the valley of the river Danė, in the Small Village of Klaipėda. The flats are of various design and space from 30 to 144 square meters.

Design procedures of the detailed planning are being performed for the quarter of small height (to 4 floors) dwelling houses and cottages in Nemirseta. It is planned to build approximately 12 thousand square meters of dwelling space.
