Reconstruction of Administrative/hotel Premises V. Kuzmos st. 8, Kaune
Former hotel “Minotel” was reconstructed in June of this year, at the V. Kuzmos st. 8, Kaunas. The title of the hotel after the reconstruction is “Klaipėda”. 
Complex of Many flat Dwelling Houses in Palanga S. Nėries st. 9
In the end of March 2006 complex of many flat dwelling houses in Palanga at the address of S. Nėries str. 9 was built. 
20 – storey Administrative Building and 20 – storey Dwelling House with Service Center
Administrative Building reminding of the letter K, which symbolizes the title of Klaipėda city, is designated for commercial and business activities. 
New Living Area in the Small Village, in the Valley of the river Danė
In the beginning of spring of the year 2004 new quarter of individual houses, cottages and many flat houses was started to be implemented in the limits of Klaipėda City in the Small Village.
