The company "Palangos statyba" was founded in the year 1958. After the reorganization of the company to the private limited liability company, its management was entirely altered. A management personnel was newly employed, having high qualification skills in construction works, design procedures and selling of immovable property. 

Main activity of the company is still construction and sale of immovable property and project management. The company is capable to implement construction projects of various origin starting with dwelling houses and ending with industry projects all over Lithuania. Good technical basis is collected which allows immediate organization of works and insurance of the highest quality in optimal terms. Materials of highest quality both of foreign and Lithuanian origin, reliable modern equipment and modern technologies are being used for the works.

The company performs functions of the responsible contractor until full giving over of the object to the state committee. Architect companies are selected according to the wishes of the Clients and the company coordinates the work performed by the architects and the constructors. Long time experience enables the company to fulfill the wishes of the most capricious clients, also to perform the works in shortest periods of time and to ensure highest quality of the works.
